Deck overview

Cold-Blooded Killer is an aggressive Rakdos Outlaw deck that seamlessly integrates combat pressure with a compact infinite combo finish. Helmed by Gev, Scaled Scorch, the deck deploys low-cost Outlaws such as Hired Claw, Changeling Outcast, and Iridescent Vinelasher to reliably trigger opponent life loss each turn. This allows Gev to place +1/+1 counters on incoming creatures, buffing the board for combat while enabling a lethal persist loop with Murderous Redcap. When Redcap persists, Gev's counter cancels the -1/-1 persist counter, enabling infinite sacrifice triggers through Blasting Station, Vampire Aristocrat, or ETB pingers like Impact Tremors and Agate Instigator. If the combo is contested, the deck pivots into go-wide combat damage using Shared Animosity, Uncivil Unrest, and Great Train Heist. A robust suite of free and efficient interaction, card advantage engines, and targeted tutors ensures strong consistency and protection throughout the game.
