Deck overview

Omo, Queen of Vesuva helms an inventive Simic big-mana deck centered on land-type manipulation. By placing everything counters on key utility lands, Omo turns individual lands into Locus, Urza, Gate, and Desert types simultaneously. This synergy allows Cloudpost, Urza's Tower, and Sage of the Maze to produce overwhelming amounts of mana early in the match. The deck converts this mana surplus into massive card advantage through engines like Tatyova, Benthic Druid and Hydroid Krasis. Once established, the game closes out through overwhelming creature swarms from Avenger of Zendikar, Scute Swarm, or a devastating Apex Devastator cascade chain. Backup win conditions include creating a 20/20 Marit Lage via Dark Depths and Thespian's Stage, or casting March from Velis Vel to turn your entire mana base into copies of your best creature for a lethal strike. Resilient against board wipes due to permanent counters, the deck excels at consistent mid-game domination.
