This Mono-Blue Big Mana Combo-Control deck leverages Nezahal, Primal Tide as an uncounterable card-drawing engine and resilient threat while assembling compact instant-speed combo finishes. The deck runs a dense mana acceleration suite featuring 20+ mana rocks, cost reducers, and mana doublers like High Tide and Caged Sun, accelerating into high-impact spells turns ahead of curve. The primary win condition combines Ghostly Flicker with Naru Meha, Master Wizard, flashing in the Wizard to duplicate the flicker spell indefinitely.
