Deck overview

Elsha of the Infinite is a fast spell-based storm/artifact combo deck built around the classic Elsha + Sensei's Divining Top engine. Most games aim to deploy Elsha on turn two using Mox-family fast mana, then resolve a cost reducer (Cloud Key, Helm of Awakening, Semblance Anvil, or Artist's Talent) and Top to draw the entire library, generating infinite storm count and life. It wins with Brain Freeze, Grapeshot, or Aetherflux Reservoir. A secondary Underworld Breach/Grinding Station channel can mill opponents or generate huge artifact mana when the main line is disrupted, and a robust suite of free countermagic and cheap bounce protects the turn. The commander is the primary engine; the deck is noticeably weaker without her.
