Deck overview

This deck utilizes Orvar, the All-Form to turn cheap targeting instants and sorceries into powerful permanent cloning triggers. In the early game, you make consistent land drops, sculpt your hand with efficient selection spells, and hold up interactive countermagic or bounce spells. Once Orvar resolves on Turn 4, your 1-mana targeting cantrips act as untapped land ramp and card draw engines. The midgame focuses on copying high-impact creatures like Master of Waves for overwhelming token armies, or Scourge of Fleets and Hullbreaker Horror to wipe opposing boards clean. The deck protects its commander using flexible counterspells and phasing effects, ultimately closing the game on Turn 7 through massive combat swings against clear opposing boards.
