Deck overview

This deck is a 4-color Polymorph strategy commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The game plan revolves around generating cheap creature tokens in the early turns through cards like Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Lingering Souls, supported by dense 2-CMC mana ramp. On Turn 4, Jace enters the battlefield and uses his -3 loyalty ability to exile a token and polymorph it into one of 18 high-impact creatures or planeswalkers from the 99, such as Archon of Cruelty, Serra's Emissary, Archfiend of Despair, or The Ur-Sphinx. The deck transitions into the midgame by utilizing redundant mass-polymorph effects like Mass Polymorph and Synthetic Destiny to assemble a lethal, evasive aerial army. A robust suite of efficient white and black exile removal and sweepers controls opposing threats, while passive abilities tax attacks and shut down opponent life gain, closing out the table via overwhelming combat damage around Turn 7.
