Deck overview

This mono-green tribal stompy deck is commanded by Baru, Wurmspeaker, focusing on accelerating mana, deploying massive Wurm creatures, and overwhelming the table through heavy trampling combat damage. The primary game plan revolves around casting early ramp spells, establishing Baru to grant all Wurms +2/+2 and trample, and resolving large Wurms to heavily discount Baru's token creation ability down to {1}{G} or {G}. Card advantage is maintained through power-based draw engines such as Garruk's Uprising, Up the Beanstalk, and Rishkar's Expertise, which replenish resources as threats enter. Combat efficiency is further amplified by damage multipliers like Unnatural Growth and Beastmaster Ascension, alongside evasive support from Bellowing Tanglewurm. While vulnerable to mass exile board wipes and lacking stack-based interaction, the deck's high threat density and built-in stat advantages consistently pressure opponents across turns 6 through 8.
