Deck overview

This mono-blue combo-storm deck utilizes Geist of Saint Thalia to reduce the casting cost of all noncreature spells by {1}. This cost reduction turns the deck's 15+ one-mana artifacts into free 'cheerios' that generate mana velocity and storm count. The primary game plan revolves around assembling a continuous card advantage engine—such as Mystic Forge, The Reality Chip, or Vedalken Archmage—and utilizing mass bounce spells like Paradoxical Outcome, Retract, and Hurkyl's Recall to pick up and replay artifacts repeatedly. As the deck storms through its library, it converts spell casts and entering permanents into lethal win conditions via Glaring Fleshraker's Eldrazi Spawn damage triggers, table-wide library mill with Altar of the Brood, or an alternate win through Laboratory Maniac. Equipped with artifact tutors and redundant cost reducers, the deck plays with strong velocity, aiming to assemble on Turn 4 and execute a same-turn table finish on Turn 5.
