Deck overview

This Sultai deck is commanded by The Wise Mothman and operates a hybrid strategy blending radiation counters, self-milling attrition, and explosive +1/+1 counter beatdown. Supported by an efficient suite of 1-drop mana dorks and 2-drop mana rocks, the deck aims to cast The Wise Mothman on Turn 3. As players mill cards during their upkeeps due to rad counters or symmetrical mill pieces like Mesmeric Orb and Ruin Crab, Mothman converts milled nonland cards into widespread +1/+1 counters. This rapidly inflates the commander into a lethal airborne threat while cards like Danny Pink and Hardened Scales compound the resource advantage. The deck also includes incidental infinite win conditions through Mindcrank combined with Bloodchief Ascension or Duskmantle Guildmage. While the list excels at rapid stat growth and steady graveyard filling, it remains vulnerable to sweepers due to limited dedicated shielding.
