Deck overview

This Golgari Lands deck uses the synergistic partnership of Erinis, Gloom Stalker and Scion of Halaster to build an overwhelming mana and board advantage. Scion of Halaster sits in the command zone to turn the first draw of every turn into card selection, binning land cards directly into the graveyard. Erinis attacks safely with deathtouch to return those lands directly onto the battlefield, ramping ahead of normal resource curves. Once established, the deck transitions into massive mid-game landfall payoffs such as Lumra, Bellow of the Woods, Rampaging Baloths, and Field of the Dead to create wide token armies and giant threats. Support cards like Brawn and Garruk's Uprising grant trample, allowing the deck to close games through decisive combat steps while Glacial Chasm and Heroic Intervention provide defensive resilience.
