Deck overview

This Mardu deck is a damage-doubling Dragon/token aggro deck built around Neriv, Heart of the Storm. Neriv doubles any damage dealt by a creature that entered under your control this turn, so the deck plans to ramp with signets and talismans early, then combine Neriv with haste enablers like Rising of the Day and Dragon Tempest, plus ETB burn from Scourge of Valkas, Warstorm Surge, and hasty Dragons.
