Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Jeskai spellslinger archetype commanded by Shiko and Narset, Unified. The game plan revolves around casting multiple low-cost instants and sorceries each turn to maximize the Flurry mechanic, which copies targeted spells or draws additional cards. Cheap mana rocks and cost reducers accelerate the board during the early turns, establishing the commander by Turn 4. From there, the deck converts spell volume into lethal pressure using Magecraft and cast triggers such as Guttersnipe, Longshot, Rebel Bowman, Caldera Pyremaw, and Ral, Storm Conduit. High-density cantrips and draw engines like Archmage Emeritus keep the hand full, while recursion pieces like Past in Flames and Will of the Jeskai allow explosive storm turns fueled by Mana Geyser and Storm-Kiln Artist. The deck can also close games instantly using an infinite copy chain between Ral, Storm Conduit and Expansion // Explosion.
