This Sultai lands-matter deck is helmed by Glarb, Calamity's Augur, a command-zone engine that turns the top card of your library into a second hand for lands and spells of mana value 4 or greater. The strategy revolves around ramping aggressively, stacking the library with surveil and mill effects, then deploying high-impact threats from the top while untapping lands multiple times per turn cycle.
