Deck overview

This Naya deck is a land-animation and +1/+1 counter build centered on Toph, the First Metalbender. She turns non-token artifacts into lands and earthbends at end step, creating hasty land-creatures that keep stacking +1/+1 counters. The 99 is a landfall/counter synergy engine: Bristly Bill, Spine Sower, Hardened Scales, The Earth Crystal, Evolution Sage, The Ozolith, and Black Panther, Wakandan King all accelerate the counter plan. Three additional Toph legends act as backup earthbenders and hidden commanders, so the deck retains partial functionality if the main commander is removed. The primary win is combat-one giant trampling animated land or Mossborn Hydra, or a wide land army pushed through by Akroma's Memorial, Rogue's Passage, or Secret Tunnel. The closest thing to a combo finish is Mycosynth Lattice plus overloaded Vandalblast, a one-sided board reset that usually clears the rest of the table's lands.
