Deck overview

This is a Golgari Saproling aristocrats deck helmed by Slimefoot, the Stowaway, built around one core loop: generate Saproling tokens en masse, sacrifice them for value, and convert every death into table-wide drain. Slimefoot is the primary payoff - each Saproling death pings every opponent and gains life - backed by a full drain suite in Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Vindictive Vampire, and Poison-Tip Archer. Token production is redundant and deep: Tendershoot Dryad, Mycoloth, Verdant Force, Sporemound, Thelonite Hermit, Saproling Migration, and Spore Swarm keep the board stocked. Sacrifice outlets like Ashnod's Altar, Dictate of Erebos, and Skullclamp turn bodies into mana, board control, and cards. The deck wins through incremental drain, an Overrun-style combat finish, X-spells like Exsanguinate and Torment of Hailfire, or the infinite Illusionist's Bracers + Ashnod's Altar loop with Slimefoot.
