Deck overview

This is a classic Mardu Vampire tribal aggro-midrange list helmed by Edgar Markov. Eminence floods the board with 1/1 Vampire tokens whenever you cast Vampire spells, even while Edgar sits in the command zone, so the deck always has a go-wide engine. The plan layers tribal lords and anthems (Legion Lieutenant, Stromkirk Captain, Shared Animosity, Coat of Arms, Cathars' Crusade) over an aristocrats drain package (Blood Artist, Cruel Celebrant, Bastion of Remembrance, Ayara, First of Locthwain) and finishes through combat or closed life-drain loops. Primary infinite wins are Exquisite Blood or Bloodthirsty Conqueror paired with Sanguine Bond or Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose. Edgar himself is a haste beater who anthems the team on attack, but the 99 carries the strategy without him. Expect a wide, draining board that pressures all three opponents at once.
