Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier leads a UR spell-slinger deck that turns cheap instants and sorceries into mana, card advantage, and drain. The primary plan is to loop Niv-Mizzet draw/damage engines-Curiosity, Tandem Lookout, or Niv-Mizzet, Visionary-to kill the table with infinite triggers; Niv-Mizzet functions as the deck's hidden commander. Secondary paths are storm Grapeshot/Brain Freeze, Hullbreaker Horror loops, and Laboratory Maniac. Vivi's role is an accelerant and pinger that smooths early turns and helps pay for a dragon; the deck does not depend on her. Interaction is dense with counterspells and red removal to protect the combo turn and answer hate pieces.
