Deck overview

Hallar, the Firefletcher is the deck's engine and finisher: every kicked spell adds a +1/+1 counter and drains each opponent for Hallar's size. The plan is to develop mana, protect Hallar, then convert counter doublers such as Branching Evolution, Hardened Scales, and Innkeeper's Talent into a single explosive kicked spell. Cheap kicked spells like Goblin Bushwhacker and Comet Storm can be held as triggers after Visions of Dominance or Court of Garenbrig doubles the board. Secondary beaters (Wolfbriar Elemental, Joraga Warcaller) and the hidden Ojer Axonil synergy give an alternate small-creature pressure route, but Hallar is the primary kill.
