Deck overview

This is a Simic "everything counters" and land-type-matters deck helmed by Omo, Queen of Vesuva. The primary game plan is to use Omo's ETB and attack triggers to place "everything counters" on key lands and creatures. Lands with an everything counter become every land type (Forest, Island, Swamp, Mountain, Plains, as well as every nonbasic land type such as Gate, Desert, Locus, Urza's Mine, etc.), unlocking powerful synergies with domain effects like Collective Restraint, the Urza's land trio (Urza's Mine, Urza's Power Plant, Urza's Tower), Locus lands (Cloudpost, Glimmerpost, Trenchpost), and deserts (Desert Warfare). Creatures with an everything counter become every creature type, enabling broad tribal lords such as Lord of Atlantis, Elvish Archdruid, Galerider Sliver, and others. The deck wins through incremental combat damage from evasive, often unblockable creatures, backed by overwhelming mana and card advantage. Secondary win conditions include Dark Depths (slow to activate) and an aspirational Maze's End (the deck runs only six Gates, so this is not a reliable path). No infinite combos are present; the deck grinds out value over many turns.
