Deck overview

This deck is a classic Mono-Red Dragon Tribal Stompy build helmed by Lathliss, Dragon Queen. The primary strategy focuses on deploying cost reducers and mana rocks during the opening turns to land Lathliss on curve around turn 5. Once established, every subsequent Dragon spell triggers Lathliss to create an additional 5/5 flying Dragon token, doubling the board's offensive presence. Damage multipliers like Dragon Tempest, Scourge of Valkas, and Terror of Mount Velus convert token generation into immediate direct burn and lethal combat steps, closing games by turns 7-8. The deck features high tribal synergy and formidable mid-game redundancy, but operates on standard mana curves with minimal stack interaction or dedicated protection. As a result, it thrives in casual-to-focused pods where it can overwhelm opponents through aerial combat while remaining vulnerable to well-timed sweepers and fast combo strategies.
