Deck overview

The deck is a suspend/time-travel shell built around The Tenth Doctor. Its primary plan is to attack with the Doctor, exile a nonland card with three time counters, then use time-travel effects and the Rousing Refrain/Rift Elemental loop to accelerate suspended threats onto the battlefield with haste. Secondary paths lean on extra turns (Temporal Mastery, Beacon of Tomorrows) to turn Blightsteel Colossus and Eldrazi into multi-opponent kills, and on Ugin/Cyclonic Rift to keep the board clear while the engine spins. The commander is essential: only his attack trigger can suspend the big finishers. The deck has no hidden commander; it is a singular UR suspend-combo build.
