Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Simic engine piloted by Zimone, Infinite Analyst that merges +1/+1 counter multiplication with scaling {X}-cost spells. The deck accelerates in the opening turns using efficient mana dorks and rocks to deploy Zimone on Turn 2 or 3. Once active, casting initial {X}-spells grows Zimone with +1/+1 counters, creating a compounding cost discount that drastically reduces the mana required for subsequent {X}-spells each turn. The deck leverages this velocity to draw massive chunks of cards at instant speed, generate enormous mana from power-scaling dorks like Kami of Whispered Hopes and Selvala, Heart of the Wilds, and deploy colossal threats such as Primordial Hydra, Goldvein Hydra, and Walking Ballista. Protected by premier defensive tools including phasing spells and countermagic, the deck easily transitions into overwhelming board states, finishing the table through massive trample attacks or direct Ballista damage around Turn 6.
