Dwarves go Brrrrr by cam.tay65

Format: Commander

Commander: Thorin, King of Durin's Folk

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Boros Dwarf token-aggro deck with a single-faced commander. Thorin, King of Durin's Folk is both a Treasure engine and a scaling anthem: every Dwarf ETB makes a Treasure, and every other Dwarf gains power equal to the number of artifact tokens. The primary plan is to cast Thorin on turns 3-4, chain Dwarf enters triggers with Fili, Roaming Throne, and token generators, then convert a huge Treasure pile into an overrun attack. Secondary paths include Magda tutoring Hellkite Tyrant or The Fire Crystal, wide copy finishers like Kindred Charge, and Insurrection. There is no hidden commander; the deck is optimized around Thorin's Dwarf-token payoff, with artifact tokens as the central resource.
