Format: Commander

Commander: Roxanne, Starfall Savant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Roxanne, Starfall Savant drives a Gruul artifact-token midrange deck that turns Meteorites, Treasures, Foods and Clues into doubled mana and incremental ping damage. You ramp, cast Roxanne to create Meteorites that deal 2 damage and tap for two mana, then multiply tokens with Doubling Season, Panharmonicon and Wulfgar and multiply damage with City on Fire, Fiery Emancipation, Solphim and Twinflame Tyrant. Dragons like Drakuseth and Terror of the Peaks close combat while Hellkite Tyrant offers a 20-artifact alternate win. Roxanne is the main engine but the deck can still attack with independent dragons and treasures if she is removed.
