Deck overview

This Izzet partner list is a Pirate-storm value engine. Primary plan: land Malcolm early, then turn cheap pinger/outlet creatures into Pirates so any damage triggers Malcolm's Treasure production. Breeches widens the advantage by exiling cards from each damaged opponent, letting the deck cast opponents' spells with the Treasures. Secondary paths are a treasure-fueled spell-chain with Guttersnipe/Thermo-Alchemist and an unblockable/haste combat swing. The real finish is a Malcolm loop: with a Pirate outlet like Penregon Strongbull, Shao Jun, or Reckless Fireweaver, each damage activation creates enough Treasures to repeat the loop indefinitely and ping the table to death. No hidden commander exists; the partner pair itself is the deck's engine.
