Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul artifact-tokens and midrange stompy deck built around Aerid Konstrari. The game plan focuses on rapidly deploying mana rocks and early token creators to establish an abundant board of artifact tokens, including Heartwood tokens, Treasures, Clues, and Foods. Aerid provides color fixing, ramp, and an explosive flying threat that scales in power with the number of artifacts you control. Mid-game engines like Academy Manufactor, Peregrin Took, and Roxanne, Starfall Savant supercharge token production while The One Ring and Idol of Oblivion maintain card flow. Once a critical mass of artifacts is assembled, the deck transitions into lethal combat through game-ending overruns such as Craterclaw Colossus, Depthshaker Titan, or Displaced Dinosaurs, which animate or pump the entire board for lethal trample damage. Efficient protection spells like Deflecting Swat and Heroic Intervention guard the board during decisive attack windows.
