Commander: Golbez, Crystal Collector

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Golbez, Crystal Collector is the face commander, but the deck's true engine is Urza, Lord High Artificer and a dense network of artifact-draw and top-of-library effects. The primary plan is to build an artifact storm shell-Bolas's Citadel, Mystic Forge, or Crystal Skull plus cost reducers-to chain cheap artifacts into a winning loop. The main finishes are infinite colorless mana from Hullbreaker Horror with Sol Ring and a free rock into Walking Ballista, or Aetherflux Reservoir life payoffs from Citadel/Top loops. Golbez provides surveil and end-step recursion, while secondary reanimation lines can cheat Urza, Hullbreaker, or Emrakul. The deck does not need its commander to function.
