This is a Grixis discard-and-mayhem value deck built around Norman Osborn // Green Goblin. The front side, Norman Osborn, is a cheap unblockable connive engine that turns early attacks into card selection and graveyard fuel. Transforming into Green Goblin is the real payoff: every nonland card in the graveyard gains mayhem, and all graveyard spells cost {2} less. The deck's plan is to loot, connive, and discard aggressively, binning enablers like Faithless Looting, Anger, Wonder, and Burning Vengeance, then recasting them from the graveyard for value. The deck wins through attrition rather than a compact combo: repeated pings and drains from Magmakin Artillerist, Burning Vengeance, Syr Konrad, the Grim, and Monument to Endurance, backed by evasive, hasty flyers like The Locust God and Green Goblin, Revenant.
