Deck overview

Loki, Lord of Misrule is a mono-blue token-copy deck that turns a wide board into an army of a single chosen creature. The primary plan is to build a critical mass of creatures through draw-second payoffs and instant/sorcery token makers, then activate Loki to copy The Mindskinner and mill everyone out in one or two attacks. The hidden commander is The Mindskinner: clone effects and Loki multiply its unblockable 10-card mill trigger. Secondary paths include copying Psychosis Crawler and chaining draw spells to drain, or copying Attuma or Namor for a huge Merfolk combat swing. The commander is a force multiplier rather than an engine; the deck can still generate tokens and draw cards without it.
