Deck overview

This deck is a Jund graveyard midrange list commanded by Disa the Restless. The primary strategy focuses on stocking the graveyard with diverse card types while cheating powerful Lhurgoyfs directly onto the battlefield whenever they are milled or discarded from anywhere other than the battlefield. Cards like Buried Alive serve as one-card army builders, immediately putting Pyrogoyf, Polygoyf, and Barrowgoyf into play to generate immediate burn damage and overwhelming combat pressure. Supported by dense 2-CMC ramp, the deck regularly deploys Disa on turn 4 and initiates its primary lethal engine on turn 5. While the deck possesses remarkable grinding power and recovery through recursive engines like Eternal Witness, Squirming Emergence, and Genesis, it lacks dedicated stack interaction and instant-speed board protection, leaving its combat-centric game plan vulnerable to well-timed board wipes and graveyard exile.
