Deck overview

This is a Temur wheels-and-snakes engine deck helmed by Xyris, the Writhing Storm, whose entire game plan converts opponent card draws into a 1/1 Snake army. The deck layers three paths to victory: flooding the board with wheels and symmetric draw effects and killing via ETB drainers like Purphoros, God of the Forge, Terror of the Peaks, and Impact Tremors; assembling the Niv-Mizzet, Parun/Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind infinite draw-ping loop with Curiosity or Ophidian Eye; or drawing the entire library into Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries. The commander is the central token engine and card-advantage source, but every infinite combo line lives in the 99, and the deck has the raw draw density to support both a tempo token plan and a two-card combo finish.
