Oskar, Rubbish Reclaimer is a Dimir graveyard-value engine. The primary plan is to fill the graveyard with Entomb, Unmarked Grave, Lively Dirge, Frantic Search, and looter effects, making Oskar cheaper and priming recursion targets. Secondary paths use Reanimate, Animate Dead, and Living Death to put Archon of Cruelty, Gray Merchant, or Massacre Wurm into play, turning their triggers into card advantage and drain. The finish is usually a large devotion payoff: kicked Rite of Replication on Gray Merchant, or Syr Konrad plus Living Death, with combat from big flyers as backup. There is no hidden commander; Oskar's discard-recursion ability is the engine, with Rona, Bilbo, and Emet-Selch as redundancy.
