New Untitled Deck by GoombaJake

Format: Commander

Commander: Laughing Jasper Flint

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Rakdos outlaw theft deck uses Laughing Jasper Flint to turn a growing board of Mercenaries, Rogues, Pirates and Warlocks into card advantage from opponents' libraries. You build 3-5 outlaws, then Jasper exiles X cards each upkeep for free casts with any mana, while cards like Ragavan, Gonti, Grenzo and Prosper generate extra exiles and Treasures. Wins come from combat with stolen creatures and token swarms, supported by crime triggers from Gisa and At Knifepoint. Jasper is a scaling value engine, not a combo piece; Prosper, Tome-Bound acts as a secondary engine that rewards every exile play with Treasure ramp.
