Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Boros stompy and counters list built around Sephiroth, Fallen Hero. The primary strategy rapidly curves out low-cost modified and modular creatures—such as Swiftblade Vindicator, Arcbound Ravager, and Zabaz, the Glimmerwasp—during the early turns, powered by fast mana acceleration like Sol Ring, Mana Vault, and Chrome Mox. On Turn 4, Sephiroth, Fallen Hero enters the battlefield, transforming every modified creature into a lethal 7/5 threat upon attacking on Turn 5. Supported by double strike enablers like Chocobo Knights, counter preservation from The Ozolith, and elite protection from Grand Abolisher, Flawless Maneuver, and Deflecting Swat, the deck delivers overwhelming combat pressure that eliminates opponents across one to two combat rotations. In addition to combat dominance, the deck carries built-in resilience through Sephiroth's Reunion ability and possesses an instant-win backup plan with the tutorable Heliod, Sun-Crowned and Walking Ballista combo.
