Deck overview

This Grixis midrange-combo list helmed by Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin weaponizes forced discard, Wizard triggers, and graveyard storm. The front face taxes every player's hand on ETB and attack while refilling yours off card types discarded; the back face turns any life loss on your turn into raw card advantage. Primary wins are Underworld Breach storm (notably with Brain Freeze), Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Curiosity loops, and layered Wizard copy/damage engines (Dualcaster Mage, Vivi Ornitier, Fire Lord Azula, Kuja, Genome Sorcerer). Secondary paths include Tergrid, God of Fright theft off mass discard, reanimation of bombs via Reanimate/Animate Dead/Rise of the Dark Realms, and attrition through free interaction. The deck plays as a resilient value engine that pivots into a protected combo turn once the graveyard and mana are primed.
