Deck overview

This mono-green list is a Bear-tribal stompy deck built around Beorn the Fierce as both an anthem and a draw engine. Beorn pumps every other Bear with +2/+2, and his beginning-of-combat trigger turns a creature into a Bear before drawing two cards once three Bears are on the battlefield. Ayula, Queen Among Bears operates as a hidden commander, turning every Bear ETB into +1/+1 counters or fight-based removal, while Maskwood Nexus, Realmwalker, Metallic Mimic, and Springleaf Parade keep the Bear count high. The win condition is trample combat: Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma, Surrak and Goreclaw, Garruk's Uprising, and Return of the Wildspeaker turn a wide Bear board into lethal attacks. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through ramp, card advantage, token recursion, and overwhelming ground beatdown.
