Deck overview

Raiyuu, Storm's Edge turns every lone Samurai attack into two combat phases. The deck is a Boros voltron/tribal hybrid: it keeps one attacker, stacks equipment and auras on it, and uses Samurai/Warrior count to multiply damage. The commander is the primary kill enabler, but Asari Captain, Bruenor Battlehammer, and recursion pieces give secondary pressure. The mana base is the biggest internal weakness; the deck needs to curve into a 3-drop commander and cheap gear. With no hidden commander, every line funnels toward one modified attacker, and the deck relies on artifact/enchantment recursion to recover from sweepers.
