Kefka, Kefquon 3 Mage by Adonis22

Format: Commander

Commander: Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Grixis "discard/wheel" control deck with a reanimator backbone, helmed by Kefka, Court Mage. The front side turns Kefka's entries and attacks into table-wide discard triggers while drawing for each card type discarded, feeding the deck's Waste Not, Liliana's Caress, Tinybones, Bauble Burglar, and Tergrid, God of Fright package. The back side, Kefka, Ruler of Ruin, converts any opponent life loss into card draw, which is the core of the deck's real deterministic kill: with Psychosis Crawler on the battlefield, a single draw starts an infinite drain loop that kills the table. The list also uses Windfall, Dark Deal, and Wheel of Misfortune to refill and strip hands, Notion Thief to turn wheels one-sided, and a graveyard package with Entomb, Buried Alive, and reanimation spells to cheat out Archon of Cruelty and Hullbreaker Horror. This is a grindy, interaction-heavy combo deck rather than a fast combo deck.
