Deck overview

This deck develops a Wolf board around Chief of the Wilds. The commander rewards every other Wolf entering with two +1/+1 counters and doubles triggered abilities from other Wolves. The strongest ordinary engine is Chief Warg's Company: each upkeep it creates a Wolf, and the commander turns that trigger into two tokens. The resulting board grows steadily and can become a must-answer threat around turn 7. The deck has useful support from Guardian Project, Beast Whisperer, The Chief Warg, and Black Market Connections, plus broad creature and permanent removal. Its main limits are access and finishing power. It has few ways to find the commander, lacks reliable haste or whole-board evasion, and does not convert its growing board into a compact table kill. The deck is therefore a functional general-power tribal strategy rather than a cEDH deck or a dedicated combo deck.
