Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Lotho, Corrupt Shirriff commands an Orzhov aristocrats and artifact control strategy that turns spell density into resources. Lotho taxes every turn where any player casts multiple spells, generating Treasure tokens while advancing your board. The deck leverages this steady stream of artifacts to fuel card draw, ramp into high-impact engines, and bleed opponents dry. You close out the game through life-draining permanents like Mirkwood Bats, Marionette Apprentice, and Marionette Master as tokens enter and leave the battlefield. Alternatively, overwhelming engines like Bolas's Citadel, sudden burst mana into Exsanguinate, or the inevitability of Approach of the Second Sun secure victory.
