Deck overview

This deck is a focused Boros Voltron strategy led by Raiyuu, Storm's Edge. The game plan revolves around enhancing a single Samurai or Warrior creature with powerful Equipment and Auras, then attacking alone to trigger an additional combat phase each turn. By doubling the number of attacks per round, the deck rapidly stacks commander damage and combat damage triggers from cards like Mask of Memory and Sword of the Animist. Support cards like All That Glitters, Idolized, and Sigil of Valor scale power exponentially to eliminate players in one or two turn cycles. Dedicated equipment tutors such as Open the Armory and Fighter Class ensure high consistency in finding key offensive and defensive tools. The deck protects its primary attacker using indestructible and hexproof spells while employing premium single-target removal to clear blockers and answer opposing threats.
