Deck overview

This deck is a specialized five-color Polymorph combo-control list commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The library contains exactly two creature cards: Combat Celebrant and Mirage Phalanx. The game plan revolves around generating cheap creature or planeswalker tokens, establishing stax pieces such as High Noon and Rule of Law to restrict opponent actions, and then casting a double-polymorph spell like Divergent Transformations or Mass Polymorph. When both creatures enter the battlefield simultaneously, soulbond pairs them together. At the beginning of combat, Mirage Phalanx creates hasty token copies of both creatures; the token Celebrant exerts upon attacking to grant an additional combat phase and untap all other creatures. This creates an infinite combat damage loop that eliminates all three opponents in a single turn. The deck is supported by robust five-color interaction, efficient card selection to tuck naturally drawn combo creatures, and strong plan-shielding spells.
