Akul Token (copy)

Format: Commander

Commander: Akul the Unrepentant

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos token-sacrifice deck built around Akul the Unrepentant's activated ability: sacrifice three other creatures to put a creature card from your hand onto the battlefield. The deck floods the board with cheap token generators - Dragon Fodder, Hordeling Outburst, Goblin Rabblemaster, Siege-Gang Commander - then converts that mass into free, high-impact creatures like Myr Battlesphere, Grave Titan, and Chancellor of the Forge. Every death is leveraged for value: Impact Tremors and Molten Gatekeeper ping the table, Blood Artist and Sling-Gang Lieutenant drain, Garna, Bloodfist of Keld and Florian, Voldaren Scion convert deaths into cards, and Mahadi, Emporium Master banks treasures. The deck wins through overwhelming board presence and incremental drain rather than any infinite combo.
