Deck overview

Toph, the First Metalbender turns nontoken artifacts into lands and earthbends twice each end step, turning mana sources into persistent hasty land creatures. The primary plan is to ramp hard, grow a board of +1/+1-counter land creatures, then convert them into several combat phases with Moraug or Bumi, Unleashed. Secondary paths use Bristly Bill and The Earth Crystal for counter doubling, Ashaya to make all creatures additional lands, and Walking Ballista as a removal/finisher sink. The hidden commander is Toph, Greatest Earthbender: her double-strike static ability is the deck's highest-leverage damage multiplier, so the deck is built around keeping her alive while the land army attacks.
