Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a mono-blue artifact-combo deck helmed by Lady Octopus, Inspired Inventor, a cheap value engine that accumulates ingenuity counters from card draw and then lets you cast artifacts for free. The deck's primary plan is to assemble infinite mana using Basalt Monolith + Filigree Sages + Urza, Lord High Artificer (or any blue mana source), then deploy Walking Ballista or Brain Freeze to kill the table. Secondary wins come from Cyberdrive Awakener turning all artifacts into lethal flyers, Ugin, Eye of the Storms generating overwhelming value, or Portal to Phyrexia grinding opponents out. The deck is heavily artifact-centric (56% of the nonland list), with a dense tutor suite, multiple draw engines, and a respectable counterspell package to protect its combo turns.
