Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Saga Enchantress midrange strategy centered on Tom Bombadil. The game plan revolves around deploying low-cost mana ramp and color fixing to cast Tom Bombadil by Turn 5. Once Tom is active and four or more lore counters exist across your Sagas, Tom gains indestructible and hexproof, creating a resilient engine. Each time a Saga's final chapter resolves, Tom cascades into a new Saga directly from your library onto the battlefield. Meanwhile, the Sagas provide board control, token generation, and card advantage through each chapter. The deck wins around Turn 8 through wide combat damage using Angel, Dragon, and Wraith tokens buffed by finisher Sagas like Song of Freyalise and War of the Last Alliance, or by mass animation with Dance of the Manse. Counter manipulators like Goldberry, River-Daughter and Clockspinning let you repeat powerful chapters or trigger Tom on demand.
