Blood Sacrifice by SigntheSwarm

Format: Commander

Commander: Rowan, Scion of War

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a life-as-fuel combo deck built around Rowan, Scion of War. The goal is to lower your life total with repeatable pain outlets, then activate Rowan so your black/red X-spells cost almost nothing, typically finishing with a huge Torment of Hailfire. Sheoldred, Vilis, and Aetherflux Reservoir keep the life-loss engine from killing you, while tutors and huge draw spells assemble the pieces. The deck has a clear primary plan and a few secondary paths, but it is fragile if Rowan is removed or an enchantment like Rest in Peace blanks its recursion. It plays only at sorcery speed on the combo turn.
