This deck is a high-power mono-blue artifact combo-control strategy commanded by Urza, Lord High Artificer. The primary objective is to deploy early mana rocks and utility artifacts, cast Urza on Turn 3 to generate mana advantage, and assemble the infinite combo of Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal.
