Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Dragon Reanimator and Treasure-fueled combo strategy led by Smaug the Impenetrable. The primary game plan bypasses expensive casting costs by entombing high-impact Dragons into the graveyard and returning them with efficient reanimation spells. Its primary win condition executes the Worldgorger Dragon and Animate Dead infinite flicker loop to generate infinite mana and trigger lethal direct damage through Dragon Tempest or large burn spells like Crackle with Power and Exsanguinate. In alternate lines, Smaug the Impenetrable generates substantial Treasure reserves and lethal loops when paired with Blazing Sunsteel or Pyrohemia. While the deck possesses explosive one-turn finishing power, its low land count of 25 lands imposes significant mana friction and draw variance. Uninterrupted sequences assemble the core win setup by Turn 5 and close the game immediately.
