Sauron treasure by Bigb1989

Format: Commander

Commander: Sauron, the Dark Lord

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Sauron, the Dark Lord commands a potent Grixis engine combining Treasure acceleration, dragon reanimation, and aristocratic card draw. Sauron protects himself through a steep ward cost, generates an ever-growing Orc Army whenever opponents cast spells, and filters through cards whenever your Army connects. You build early mana with efficient rocks and Treasure creators, stock the graveyard using Entomb or Sauron looting, and deploy game-ending threats ahead of curve. The primary win paths involve overwhelming combat damage with cloned dragons like Ancient Copper Dragon, mass recursion via Living Death, or burning the table with Pestilence and Smaug the Impenetrable.
